Since May 2024, we are delighted to welcome you to our newly opened Hotel Restaurant du Cerf in the beautifully situated village of Soubey. Not only hotel guests are spoilt here with freshly prepared dishes every day. Everyone is welcome in our restaurant in Soubey!

From the vitamin- and energy-rich breakfast buffet to our varied and creative daily menu, you can enjoy plant-based culinary delights in our restaurant. We focus on honest organic cuisine, conscious enjoyment and regional ingredients whenever possible.


A fresh start to the day

Breakfast buffet also for non-hotel guests

A breakfast buffet packed with freshness and vitamins will tempt you early in the morning to the breakfast buffet at our restaurant in Soubey. Of course, everything is organic and consists of vegan and gluten-free options: Enjoy homemade spreads, granola, plant-based yoghurt, home-baked sourdough bread, croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and a hot drink – even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Lunch & Afternoon

Fresh salads, soups, cakes, desserts and more!

If you prefer something light for lunch, you can look forward to delicious salads from the region in our restaurant. We also serve seasonal soups. A fine selection of different dishes awaits you in the main course.

In the afternoon, it’s time for coffee and homemade cakes, desserts and ice cream on our sun terrace, beautifully situated on the banks of the Doubs river.

In the evening, we welcome all hotel and non-hotel guests to our restaurant: Start with a variety of salads or a seasonal soup and look forward to the main course of your choice – classic, vegan and refined in every case. To round off, there are sweet temptations waiting for you.
